Poor old Kyles, it seems that the Aussies have finally turned their backs on her after she fronted up in this black number last night at the Ocean's Thirteen premiere in Cannes. "Kylie’s version of the little black dress is proof that even the smallest girl can be made to look fat by poor fashion sense," reported the Herald-Sun's Alison Godfrey. Fat?! I'm sorry, exactly what part of Kylie is deemed fat in this dress? I guess the journalist isn't a fan of the drop-waist then but I happen to think that Kylie looks stunning in this Dolce & Gabbana frock.
However, Godfrey's scathing attack didn't end there...
Godrey continued by adding: "If Kylie paid over $5 for her plastic shoes I suggest she asks for a refund. They made her look like a little girl dressing up in her mother’s clothes - a mother with bad taste that is." Ouch! I hardly think her shoes (also by Dolce & Gabbana) are worth $5.

Tut-tut Miss Godfrey - you should know better! It's sensationalist journalism such as this that skews public perception of what is considered healthy and aesthetically acceptable. At least the majority of comments in response to her article seem to agree that this criticism of what Kylie wore is completely unnecessary and irresponsible. [Images: Getty]
