katherinehepburn1.jpgAs one of the silver screen's most memorable characters, Katharine Hepburn's 100th birthday will be celebrated this Saturday post-humously. The timeless actress passed away in 2003 aged 94 but that won't stop fans celebrating a century of Hepburn. Besides her role call of acting credits and achievements, Hepburn was also a huge style icon taking risks most women of that era wouldn't dare touch. Her no-nonsense approach to fashion meant she was notorious for wearing trousers, sweaters and comfortable shoes. Her mannish style reflected that fierce independence she held onto so strongly. My favourite film of hers is Guess Who's Coming To Dinner? which earned her, her second Oscar. If you haven't already seen it then you definitely should.

To help celebrate Katharine's Hepburn's 100th birthday, I've put together a Hepburn-inspired outfit. Think high-waisted trousers, pantsuits, men's shirts, flat shoes, scarves and well... you get the picture. Keep reading to see what we've put together...
