The stars were getting the full lip service backstage at Dior's cruise show yesterday. John Galliano greeted a throng of his celeb mates including Ellen Pompeo (above, left) and Charlize Theron (above, right) with a big sloppy one. Other stars who were spotted hanging backstage included Kylie Minogue, Penelope Cruz, Dita Von Teese and Vogue's Anna Wintour. They were out to support Galliano as he celebrated his ten-year anniversary by showing his cruise collection for Dior yesterday in New York.
