He’s an Australian designer starting to make waves in the Big Apple, but Jayson Brunsdon still managed to find the time to create a cruise collection that was nicely put together. The collection was mainly full of evening wear – not great if you don’t have places to wear the long silk gowns – with beautiful floral appliqué and intricate beading. The dresses were draped and pleated, signature Jayson Brunsdon with a small Grecian feel. The colours added to the spectacle if red carpet dresses with midnight blue, purple, green and orange being the key colour palette for the show. With Dita von Teese and Miranda Kerr in the front row, I’m sure they would have been impressed with the old fashioned glamour of the show. Even if it wasn’t as modern and chic has his other collections.
