Like Mother, like daughter: Daisy and Pearl Lowe's fashion collections

Daisy%20Lowe.jpgPearl Lowe is probably more famous for her controversial behaviour than her professional achievements but 2007 is set to be a busy year for the former indie-star. As well as writing a book about her addictions and recording a new album she is also set to launch a collection of lace dresses. Described as "black and white lace with a vintage, feminine feel," the dresses follows the success of her debut collection which was supported by Liv Tyler and Naomi Watts. Although the pieces are sweet and girly, they kinda remind me of a costume from a Victorian horror movie? They are also quite highly priced ranging from £495 - £1000.

It has now been revealed that her daughter Daisy, will be designing a capsule collection for Pearl's fashion line due to launch in the Autumn. It will reflect Daisy's own style which is bound to be influenced by her rock'n'roll background. Both will be available from Liberty and The Cross. [source]

I really like the dresses but they are certainly not worth £400 plus. There's so many similiar items around on the market and you can get something like that for £50 or less.

the dresses are amazing handmade so well worth the money not like the £50 ones in the shops that will fall apart when worn once. Who has to be dior or lagerfeld to design its good to have different people good luck to them hope it goes well
