Gap redesigns the white shirt #2

Boy, Gap are really trying their best to boost business by pinning all their hopes on their newly redesigned white shirt collection. Thanks to Fashionolgie for picking up on this piece from The Today Show in America where Sally Singer from US Vogue appears not just to promote their latest issue featuring ten of the next top models, but also those Gap shirts. The models on the breakfast show are actually Coco Rocha, Jessica Stam and the rest who featured on the cover of Vogue proving that the "gap" (get it?) between designer and high-street continues to get closer. Something tells me that at such affordable prices that Gap shirt collection could be just what the suffering American retailer needs...

Tell us. Will you be buying a Gap white shirt from the new range?

I would seriously consider it (depending on price and all), they're gorgeous and if that one with the frilly bottom and 3/4 length sleeves looked good on, well, I'd have a hard time resisting! But as Jo said, when do they come here?

Yes I would... so long as they don't retail in the UK for £88!

Does anyone know when the UK Gaps start selling them?

    Thanks!
