Happy Hump Day, everyone. Now, although I declared in last week's "Yay or Nay" that it was spring, and therefore we should have color, it must be said that black and white never goes out of style. As I'm sure you've noticed, polka-dots are in, however, what do you ladies think of this top?
I love black and white polka-dots. (For heaven sake, my wedding dress was covered in them!) However, this satin polka-dot shirt from Forever 21 makes me shudder a little. It looks more like a blouse your grandma wore back in her wild and crazy days (you know, necking and what not) than something I'd like to be spotted in. However, I'm curious as to what y'all think!
