Spoiler Alert! And The Winner Of Project Catwalk 2007 Is...

project-catwalk-title.jpgCatwalk Queen congratulates the winner of Project Catwalk 2007. The final of season two of Project Catwalk on Sky One aired this evening, so we got to see the finalists' twelve-piece collections in all their glory. To find out who the winner is, click below...

And the winner is, Wayne Aveline!

Wayne chose a monochrome colour palette, very in-keeping with this season's trend for black and white. As well as chic and glamorous silks and satins, his collection included a painted aluminium-panelled corset, and an aluminium over-dress as the finale.

The use of metal proved to be a bit of a challenge backstage before the show, but Wayne pulled out all the stops to get his creations on the catwalk and looking great.

Congratulations also to second place winner Monika Rene, and third finalist Luke Youngblood. The collections were really diverse which is one of the most exciting things about seeing what new designers come up with - real talent shines through when each designer is following their own inspiration.

Stay glued to Catwalk Queen tomorrow for pictures of the outfits, and interviews with the winner and finalists.

All three collections were hideously bad. The worst collection of any of the three seasons of the USA's "Project Runway" was vastly superiour to any of these.

I was really disappointed with Monika's collection - I'd loveed her work in the challenges. I thought Luke and Wayne's were very reflective of themselves which I liked. I loved the aluminium corset and the dress with the fishtail bottom - it'll be interesting to see what he comes up with to go on sale though.

Wrong choice, i loved Monika's modern collection and Luke's funky one. Cannot believe he won
