The gorgeous Puerto Rican model and girlfriend of my crush (grrr) Dan MacMillan admitted to being great friends with the designer and thus working on his next campaign. Poor Sienna, first she gets not-so-great reviews for Factory Girl and now this? Still, at least she's not alone in being one of Matthew's ex 'fashion' wives, joining the likes of Kelis, Cat Deeley and Jade Jagger.
