Star of Laguna Beach and The Hills Lauren Conrad is taking her fame to the next level - the virtual level. This week MTV announced it had teamed up with the reality star to launch the first-ever virtual and real world clothing lines. The digital line was introduced to The Hills Virtual web portal earlier this week, while her real fashion range will be available in selected boutiques and retail stores later this year. Using a Second Life-ish online world, Conrad's collection is currently available to purchase with in-world currency while she will use the feedback from her virtual line to help produce her real life collection. Virtual world... real world... it's all just a little bit too complicated for me.
