I understand that Vogue Hommes International is edited by Carine Roitfeld, you know, the iconic editor of French Vogue. But why did she decide to by the very scandalous Pete Doherty on the cover of Vogue Homme? Just because he's dating Kate Moss and seems to have that pork pie hat permanently plastered to his head, it doesn't make him a style icon or an inspirational guy for 2007.
So if Pete can be found on the cover of Vogue Hommes International, does that make him a inspirational (dare I say aspirational) style icon for men worldwide?
I sincerely hope not.
