Young tailor Roxanne Jones was awarded the Golden Shears on Tuesday for a woman's jacket with leg o' mutton sleeves and cropped trousers, all in a traditional pinstripe.The Golden Shears are awarded to the student or trainee with the highest marks after being judged on design, cutting, handworked finishes and style.
