Good morning, our fabulous readers! Have I told you lately that I love you? Because I do. But mostly because y'all dress cute. Last week's Matthew Williamson Maypole crepe dress was horrific, indeed. This week's Frock Horror is just...sigh...

This Missoni crochet hooded dress looks like it should be some sort of beach accessory, rather than being a £820 dress. The colors are all wrong, and don't even get me started on the shape. I feel like we should invent a "I hate what you're wearing!" pin just in case I see someone wearing this dres.

Well yes, Jael, that's exactly what it is. That's missoni's whole aesthetic. They're sooo LA - you throw on their lovely knits while lounging around the pool, sipping mocktails or whatever - it's casual, for those who don't like trackies and can afford to spend as much as they like being comfortable and cool. I personally like it. Certainly wouldn't wear it about town, but it would be great at a resort, on the beach, or whatever.

That price made me lol. You're right on with the beach comment. This is something you throw on over your bikini after the sun has gone down and you're all sitting around the campfire drinking and telling stories about most embarassing moments. *sigh* That sounds warm.
