Armani is awarded honorary degree from the Politecnico di Milano
Giorgio Armani has been awarded an honorary degree in Industrial Design by Politecnico di Milano. Graduates flocked to shake the designer's hand or photograph with Armani who was decked out in the traditional gown with the university's signature blue and black striped tie. If you are fluent in Italian, catch Armani giving his speech to the university; my Italian's not up to scratch and all I understood was 'Bongiorno'! Armani was awarded an honorary degree by the University of the Arts in London in September last year.
