La Redoute spring/summer preview

Online store La Redoute can be hit or miss, which is exactly what their spring summer preview ranges are. The 'Shipshape' range is fine, lots of white with accents of red and navy. Highlights include their slouchy sailor trousers (£55) and some cool silver pumps (£25). Of their five other ranges, the low point definitely has to be 'Urban Girl'. It's a combination of combats in all their forms, khaki, and a heavy dose of two-years-ago boho, which would make you look like a contestant from the first series of Shipwrecked. Frankly I'd rather give up my landlubber ways and take to the seas!
