'70s Flare jeans

You will probably have heard by now that flares are back in. So come on! Chuck out your skinnies! No? Yeah me neither. I used to wear that uber-retro style which was ten-a-penny in Camden when I was a twiglike teen and have a pair of '70s style flare jeans in my bottomless wardrobe, but they are a bit of a pain to wear now I am a more normal weight. If you don't mind sucking your stomach in all day and being cut in half by the tight unyielding denim then flares are for you. If you want to try them out Topshop's Gloria jeans (£40) are a flattering colour, and the high pockets will give the illusion of longer legs. Have any CQers already tried these new/retro flares? What did you think?
