Naomi Campbell to appear on Ugly Betty
Don't look now, but I think Naomi Campbell's trying to do a Kate Moss. What's "a Kate Moss"? Well, it's what happens when a supermodel is disgraced in some way, and then comes back bigger (not "bigger" in the literal sense, I hasten to add. These are models we're talking about after all) and more successful than ever before, with fashion houses, TV shows and cosmetics companies throwing advertising deals at them left, right and centre. It worked for Kate, and it looks like Naomi's determined to make it work for her, too: no sooner has she plead guilty to assault than she's suddenly everywhere...
Naomi's latest attempt at world domination comes courtesy of fashion TV show of the moment, Ugly Betty. Naomi has just revealed that she's to make a cameo appearance on the show, playing "a loony who loves to shop and can't find a man." No word yet on when this episode will air, but we'll keep you posted.
