Who? Well, you may not of heard of her until now but according to Ford Models, she is definitely supermodel material. Representing The Netherlands, Nyjhos not only won the title but a $250,000 Ford modelling contract. The grand finale fashion show, sponsored by G'day USA's Australia Week, opened with an Aboriginal display and showcased works from Aussie designers Toni Matecevski, Le Grew, Kylie Zerbst for Obus and Gail Sorronda.
When asked what Ford's response was to the recent CFDA health guidelines regarding thin models, Katie Ford replied that she loved the guidelines. Her colleague, Craig Lawrence, added - "we have been speaking to the models about drinking and asking the designers to have healthier fare backstage for the models besides champagne. In fact, nutritious meals from New Kitchen are being served to the contestants for the duration of their stay in New York.” We can only hope so... for ciggies and booze do not a healthy diet make!
