For a girl with lots of curves - some in the wrong places - I have an illogical love of pleats. I can't wear them at all, and yet find myself drawn to gorgeous skirts and dresses that would make me look like the equivalent of a beached whale bred with an accordion. Isabelle has already talked about the mini-trend for pleated skirts in the late Winter / early Spring arrivals on the High Street, and it seems I'm going to have to work hard to avoid them this season, as pleats are popping up all over the place! The latest pleated lovely to catch my eye is this pretty grey wrap dress from Dorothy Perkins. Work appropriate (with a singlet underneath) and easy to transform into evening wear with some sparkly accessories and heels, it's just £30.
