Cute t-shirts from Miss Selfridge & Splendid
After a few years wearing mainly other sorts of tops, I'm rediscovering t-shirts as there are so many around right now with interesting prints or designs to perk up a casual jeans n' tee look. One of my personal faves is this cute petrol blue t-shirt with a scoop neck and bow at £12 from Miss Selfridge (also available in grey marl and multi-stripe). The neckline's very flattering and I can assure that it's comfy to wear - I made a little purchase myself and I love it. In a higher price spectrum is this lovely Splendid brown cap-sleeved tee, with pretty, feminine pointelle detailing and petite buttons. It's £60 from Browns and, while there are certainly more expensive t-shirts out there, it's still quite pricey and I'm trying to work out if I can justify the cost.
What do you spend on a t-shirt? Do you see them as cheapie essentials only, or do you spend more on a more fashionable piece?

Check out the arms of the model/mannequin! That's not right. My image must be stretched. It has to be.
