Winter Is Most Definitely Here!
For all you CQ readers north of the Watford Gap, you've probably been feeling the cold for some time but up until now its been unseasonably warm in Brighton. After my frosty walk to work this morning I thought it was about time I compiled a range of warm accessories to keep you toasty. This lovely red cloche hat from Wallis will look very Hercule Poirot for only £15, I've tried it on in the shop and it looks lovely. Similarly warm this white retro hat from Marks and Spencer's Autograph label is only £8 and reminds me of the equestrian hats seen on the Balecianga catwalks. Or you could go the granny route and get this purple lurex beret for just £8 from my beloved Dorothy Perkins. At £29 this is probably one for your Christmas wish lists, again from M and S these silk-lined button leather gloves are as classy as can be.
Another classy pick, these teal gloves from Monsoon (£12) also have teeny buttons and a longer length. If dirty glitz is more your thing then these lurex armwarmers from Topshop will be yours for a mere £10. The mustard stole from Accessorize will add warmth without bulk, and lastly, winter wouldn't be complete without a snood (I love that word!). This particular snood is from Mango, and looks so toasty I think its well worth the £28.

I'm thinking of moving to London just for Dorothy Perkins and Topshop. Is that so wrong?
