Christopher Kane's necklace up for auction
One of designer-of-the-moment Christopher Kane's necklaces is being auctioned off for charity - and when I say "Christopher Kane's necklace" I mean "a necklace designed by Christopher Kane" not a necklace owned by him. That would just be weird.
The necklace in question is the chunky pink number modelled at his London Fashion Week show this Autumn, and the charity is The Pink Ribbon Foundation, which helps those affected by breast cancer. The Swarovski crystal necklace was much admired during fashion week, and will appear in the February '07 edition of Vogue. It will be auctioned live on the newest interactive auction TV shopping channel i-BUY on the 3rd of December at 8.30pm. Kane, meanwhile, has also designed a range of Canderel holders (yes, that's Canderel as in the sugar-subsitute people) which will also be sold in aid of the charity.
