There's always a lot of noise about getting ready for the Christmas party season, but I usually find it amounts to one Office Party, one night out clubbing, and a catch up in your local on Christmas Eve to find out which of your classmates are now in prison. Hardly a season! I hate being cold, and this Warm Up Camisole Unitard (watch out for the dodgy music) from Danceworld Demon has almost tempted me... almost. So I've picked a few warm items to wear at home on the sofa, see after the jump.
When I get in from work I usually put on a pair of long socks, and legwarmers if its really cold; these long socks from Topshop (£5), will help beat the chill. These silk 'Pippa' pyjamas from Monsoon are a bit of an extravagance at £60, but you'll feel so chic and decadent... Now where did I put that velvet dressing gown? If lounging's more your style try this pointelle top from Topshop, guaranteed to keep you toasty for only £12, and nothing says 'not going out... ever' than these doggy slippers (£8), also from Topshop. If girly's more your scene these pink slippers from Marks and Spencer are surprisingly similar to ballet pumps and only £15. Dorothy Perkins do a lovely full length fluffy robe and at £30 there's plenty of money left over for hot chocolate!
