We mentioned Monsoon's new younger collection - Fusion - a while ago, and it seemed to go down well with most folks, even though the prices still leave a lot to be desired. The range seems to cleverly attack the youth market while remaining true to the more mature, feminine looks that Monsoon is famous for. Worn together, the pieces run the risk of being a bit over the top, but dress them down with other high street finds and they become instant 'impact' items.

I love the idea of letting the collar and bow of the white shirt sit just above the vintage-look jacket.
