Sofia Loren posed nude for the Pirelli calendar this month - at the grand old age of 71. Fashion supremo Stefano Gabanna, however, is not amused. In fact, Stefano thinks it might be best if pensioners - no matter how well preserved - kept their clothes on, thanks very much. Their Dolce & Gabanna clothes, naturally.
"She is a beautiful woman," says Gabanna, "But a beautiful elderly woman. You need to know when to say enough is enough, and make way for the next generation."
Is he right? Should the blue-rinse brigade be keeping themselves covered, or should they flaunt it if they've still got it?
