Some of these creations look more like Frock Horror candidates than anything else, but they are, in fact, pieces of genuine 60s fashion, and now that Gemma's show us how to actually wear it, now could be a good time to pop along to the V&A to see 60s style in person.

The Sixties Fashion exhibition is free to enter, and features  original pieces from Biba, Ossie Clark, Mary Quant, Foale and Tuffi amongst others. As well as the mini-dresses and flower-power suits seen here, there's a smattering of outfits from the fifties and seventies too. It runs until February 2007, and you'll find more information at the Victoria and Albert Museum website.
