12 Dresses of Christmas #12
The final Christmas dress is the most expensive of the bunch, but it's easy to see why. This showstopper of a silk gown is by hot American designer Zac Posen, and costs a staggering $2835 ($4500). I know that's far above and beyond most (all?) budgets, but I thought for the last post before Christmas we all deserved something truly special!
Meanwhile, back in the real world I shall be wearing a lacy dress similar to this one ($36.80 at Forever21) to a Christmas party tonight. It may not pander to this season's (tricky) trends, but if (like a certain fashionista not far from here) you've lost weight recently and want to show off the fact you have a waist for the first time in your life, it's perfect!
I'm now off to put all that weight back on with a Christmas weekend full of indulgence. I'll be back on Wednesday 28th December. Until then, have an absolutely fabulous weekend. Happy Holidays!
